Cancellation Policy:

Please be mindful of the appointment you make as to respect those who would have loved that time. 

I ask for a notification of 48 hours before your appointment to completely cancel, otherwise a rebooking fee of $50 will be charged.  In the case of a "no show" the charge will be that of the service booked.  

Late arrivals.  We all get hung up at times, it's understandable.  Please note I would like to be notified of the ETA.  If later than 15 minutes I will have the right to cancel that appointment or service you in the time remaining with a charge of the full service.
